How to break into real estate with no money
Hello!
Does anyone have any advise on how to get into real estate with no money. I know wholesaling is an option, but I want to see what other opportunities are out there. I am trying to move to Nashville soon, probably thinking mostly Brentwood or Franklin. Would love any tips, whether that is what job to try to land to gain knowledge or experience, or a connection from someone who is killing it.
