Need land trust set up… Do you know anybody n Bay Area

Hello friends

Looking to put my properties in a land trust then drop it into an LLC. Are there any local real estate lawyers/attorneys in the bay area that could help me out with this without charging an arm and a leg?

Any suggestions or direction would greatly be appreciated.

I was thinking of doing myself then having an attorney look them over. What do you think?

    I was looking for information on this too. I also wanted to know what went into it and how much it costs---I'm in NY.

    Mark J Kohler and his team come to mind - at least as a point of reference and also a great resource for when and how trusts should be handled. He does cover the topic in his book Lawyers are Liars.
