New to Wholesaling - seeking guidance / weekly accountability check ins?

Hi everyone,

I'm new to wholesaling. I've found a couple of local title companies that work with wholesalers, I've booked a few zoom meetings for learning, connecting and finding investors. Of course now I'm looking at finding leads, however I am not able to spend on buying lists at the moment. Any advice?
