Real Estate for an 18 y/o

Hey,

I am an 18 y/o in high school. I have always been fascinated by all the real estate information online. While I do feel like I am a little too eager and a little too early, is there anything I can do about real estate as of now, with limited funds? 

Would you recommend a certain age/experience/ financial position/amount of funds available before I get started? If so, what can I do to build some experience in real estate while going to college?
