Hi everyone! My name is Dedric, and I’m a young newcomer diving into the world of real estate especially wholesaling. I’m currently on the path to getting my real estate license next year, but right now I’m super eager to learn the ropes of wholesaling and get started. I’d really appreciate any advice or mentorship from anyone who’s been in my shoes before and can help guide me in the right direction. I’m motivated to learn and grow, and I’d be truly grateful for any support. Thanks so much in advance for helping a young person get started!

Dedric, love the drive—starting with wholesaling while you prep for your license is a solid plan. Two tips: pick one tight market and build a daily pipeline (pull leads, make quality calls, follow up next day), and line up 3 real buyers with exact criteria so you can reverse‑engineer every offer.

What city are you working and when do you want to lock up your first contract by?
