First time investor and homeowner in NJ

Hi, I'm in N.J and trying to invest and pruchase my first home. Not sure if I'm looking at the right houses, and also have no mentors or info other than my realtor loving everything I look at for her profit. Would love to get info, insight, help, or whatever to kind of make it a little less stressful and knowledgeable.

Hey Armaine, NJ investing is challenging as a first time homeowner and not to be taken lightly. I definitely learned the hard way starting out. I can't stress the importance of having an investor friendly agent in your corner who can help you with navigating local regulations, calculating the numbers on a deal, estimating renovation costs etc.

I promise it does get easier with time and experience! Let me know if you want to chat real estate!
