How Do Bird Dogs Actually Add Value To Investors?
Hey everyone — I am 22 years old and just getting started in real estate. I have been researching bird dogging as a way to break into the industry with no capital.
My question for experienced investors — what makes a bird dog truly valuable to you? What information do you need when someone brings you a lead? What separates a good bird dog from a bad one?
Trying to learn as much as possible before I start bringing deals to investors. Any advice is appreciated.
