Looking for help finding next property
I've been stuck in a rut unable to find a 3rd rental property in Alabama that works. I prioritize cash flow and cannot find any on MLS. I'm really just looking for someone local to Alabama to help a guy out. I've got 2 but it's been years since I last bought and not really sure how to move forward. Most things don't seem to have good numbers. It also doesn't help that I don't have much money either. I have access to HELOC money and a little money in the markets. I have yet to find a way to tap into the equity of my rentals. Seems like HELOCs are difficult to get on rental properties so it's kind of a bummer having so much money locked away. Anyways would be cool to meet some local people to help me over this hump. Thanks!
