I started on BP back in 2018 as an investor just trying to learn the market, and pretty quickly realized what a great resource it was. I also got licensed, honestly just to be a better investor, and that led to trying out the Featured Agent program. Not because I wanted a real estate career, but for the network and the chance to work with like-minded people.

What happened next was kind of amazing. It exploded. Partly the market, but I think mostly because of how we operated. We talked with investors like investors, because that's what we were.

On my own side, I've built a portfolio of multifamily and commercial, plus a bunch of flips and BRRRRs along the way, a lot of it thanks to help from the forums and the relationships that came out of them.

Fast forward to now, the team is 20+ agents covering PA, NJ, and NY, highly specialized in the investment and commercial space, and we've helped hundreds of BP investors start or grow their portfolios. Really thankful for this community.
