Hello, I am currently getting into the business of wholesaling and investment properties, been watching the local markets for a few months now and have I somewhat good Idea of what's selling here local here in "KCMO suburbs".  Anyway I need guidance besides what I have read in books and on the internet and am looking for a Mentor in the business.

So what I am asking is how do I find a mentor in investing and wholesaling who would be willing to guide me locally?
