I came across a post by @Howard Manning regarding a joint venture with a few investors to give us a jump start in real estate investing. I would love to take part in such a project but @howard Manning is not located in Illinois. Here is the link explaining more of the project..

@Lukasz Maj Thanks for sharing. Though I'm not interested in participating in it, I will be interested to see how it turns out. Have you looked on Events and Happenings forum yet to see if there are any BP Meetups around you? That's a great way to get in on deals in your local market.
