I have been looking at assessor parcel's for certain properties on my county's website, but I can't gain access to the owners info online, so I figure I have to go to the building and access it in person.
Would I be able to get the owners current phone number along with the mailing address etc etc....
Or is that info classified?

I don't think the phone number would be public. You'll get the owner's name. From there you can use lookup tools to find current address and phone number. White pages is free, however there are also some better, paid reverse look up tools.
Can you elaborate a little more? Thanks
@Brian White I use white pages. I usually do a reverse lookup using the name of the individual and their known city and state. From there, I will be given a current and past address, as well as a phone number if available. It's free.
This is one of those hard finds. There are free resources out there like whitepages, 411.
If you want to give intelius.com a try, it's $19.99/month. Try to cancelling the account and they sometimes prompt you to stay for $9.99/month. Good luck.
Cool thanks guys!!!
