How do you find investors to buy properties??

I am an investor that has purchased many properties in the Cleveland area. I am looking to expand to other areas, but in order to do so I need to reduce inventory in other neighborhoods.  Thoughts on how to accomplish my goal?

If you find good deals, they will come! :)  Not hard to find buyers for great deals.

Posting them on the marketplace is a great start. If you put a great deal on the MLS, you will have a fight on your hands, Craigs list etc...It is about finding the deal more then finding the investor.

If they are just OK deals, they are much harder to move.
