I'm a New investor and would like to know the process when another investor sends you a property for sell what steps do you follow to close the deal..

    I'm not sure what you're asking. Your question isn't clear. Are you talking about buying a property wholesale from another investor?  You're going to have to rephrase the question, or provide an example of a situation you have in mind.
