I'm just starting out as an investor and I'm currently looking for title companies that are willing to do double closing. This has proven to be difficult. Are these companies out there? Can anyone offer a suggestion? Are double closing common for wholesalers?

I'm not sure about double closings, but I imagine your mortgage broker would be able to steer you in the right direction. Elite Closing in the Pittsburgh area is a good firm.
