I'm in Los Angeles
Would like to learn more about investing in multifamily buildings in Los Angeles. Have done money to invest need a little assistance on what road to take. Any thoughts/advice would be most welcomed

I live in LA County as well (Downey).
I have invested in a small scale with my small multi-family properties. My plan is to switch gears and invest in medium/larger multi-family apartments with partners in the near future.
Any local meetups that focus on investing in multi-family apartments?
