I have been looking in to REI (buy/hold & flips) for a while now and have made the decision to throw my hat in the ring. I am looking for a few references as far as real estate attorneys, creative brokers / mortgage companies, etc. preferably on the west side of Orlando. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Marshall Brigner Jr I live in Winter Garden. I get whole properties and would be happy to add you to my list of investor's I send them to. They're not always in this part of town but every now and then something out here pops up.

@Marshall Brigner Jr welcome to Bigger Pockets. I am an investor friendly agent who covers Orange and Seminole county. One of the lenders that I work with will offer long term investor loans with renovation costs included in the loan. While I know a very good local real estate attorney, you most likely are looking for a title company. PM me and let me know what you need. Also, let me know what price range you are targeting.
