I was wanting to know if someone could answer this for me.

Is there any different tactic to putting in offers on expired listings then with any other wholesale deal?

@Account Closed I look at them as more motivated and possibly willing to take a low offer since they know they couldn't sell on the mls. But I wouldn't mention that.
