I am interested in wholesaling investment properties in the Detroit area. Any one have any experience in this area, such as what are good areas to search or the bad areas to stay away from. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Hey @Raymond Smith. I'm a wholesaler in the SE MI area. I personally don't do much wholesaling in the city of Detroit, mainly just the suburbs. But there are a lot of others that do wholesale in the city. If you ever wanna chat or have any questions on the topic, PM me anytime
