Need a good RE lawyer in Southern NH

Can anybody recommend a good, investor-friendly lawyer in Southern NH?  I have contacted a couple lawyers and just didn't get a good vibe.  Almost like they were rolling their eyes on the other end.  "Ugh, you don't want to do THAT do you?"

    Lawyer for what?  Real estate closings?  Landlord tenant?  Commercial rental leases?  Asset protection strategy?  Entity formation and operating agreements?

    Those are multiple aspects of real estate, and I use different attorneys for each of those aspects.

    This would be for residential and general legal guidance.  Probably not for closings.  Basically, I just want to make sure a lawyer can keep me from making any legal mistakes on flips.
