Hi there,

I am looking to buy a 2 unit property using FHA loan (700k). I wanted to find out what is a typical mortgage broker fee on that type of a loan with 3.5% down.

Thanks

Search for Chris in Oakland.  Last name starts with an "M" - Moran?  Sorry, Chris, I'm getting old and can't keep your last name straight in my head.

Anyway, he's great, very knowledgeable and helpful.  He's a mortgage broker in Oakland.

@Vinay C. brokers have access to wholesale pricing so most of them build their fee into the rate.  Your rate 9 out of 10 times will be lower than if you walked into a big bank and you should have ZERO fees.
