New to Wholesaling in Northern Virginia, anyone know about any wholesaler friendly title companies in Springfield, VA and surrounding areas?

    http://www.birmiel.com/ I have used them for wholesale deals in Fairfax and Prince Williams county.

    @Dan Bernstein as in willing to close Wholesaler deals. I keep reading that some title companies will not or do not close Wholesaler deals so I wanted to know which ones do. I actually found out that Lakeside Title Co. does close Wholesaler deals.
