Hi everyone, I have a question for you guys today, can I do both real estate brokering and real estate investing at the same time or do you recommend doing only one of those and put all of your time into one thing? So essentially should I do both brokering and investing at the same time together or just choose one? Thanks for the advice!
@Account Closed i'm sorry for any confusion, I meant can i work for a brokerage as a real estate agent or even own a brokerage, and still do separate real estate investing as a whole other source of income.

absolutely many agents brokers build up their investment portfolio while be licensed. The advantages are that you have access to more deals,and lower your cost thru commissions paid It is a big advantage
