Hi everyone, Anyone familiar with a tax deed sale? I'm curious how it works, wondering if it's a good investment to get into. Thanks in advance. Marc

It's always good when you invest in a tax deed property. Before you enter the sell do research on the properties you like run a title search and make sure the cost of taxes, liens, and any other issues on the property is worth your while to invest.
