I am looking at Auctions.com to get wholesale properties for rehabbing, but I don't have cash to buy. Would a hard money lender or Private Lender be a good source of funding?

@Debbie Key I have purchased probably a few dozen properties from online auction sites. I have used private money on most of them. Get yourself a few good lenders and get your finances over to them so they can approve you for a loan. Once you are approved then you need to go and find a deal to bid on.
