Im 23 and live in the north west suburbs of Chicago I’m looking for a real estate club so I can learn more about rental property. Any recommendations!? Just starting out.

Hi Kevin, I'm also 23 and living in the Southwest suburbs. I know that there is the Chicago Area Real Estate Investors Association (CAREIA). Another good place to look is the meetups app. I know that's not a whole lot of help, but it's a good place to start. Let me know if you have found anything else!
There are a number of REIA clubs and meetups. Try CCIA (chicago creative investors association) they met in Lombard next meeting on Sunday, May 20th. WCRT meets in Elmhurst (first Thursday of each month). Chicagoreia they have 6 meetings a month at different locations.
