I'm a new investor out of hollywood, fl. I was noticing how many wholesalers there are on craigslist. I was wondering if i were to find a deal on craigslist, and its being wholesaled. Would i be able to wholesale that property off of him? And if so, whats the process? Ive researched the subject and cant seem to find an answer. Thanks so much
Yes, the contract is assigned to you and then you assign it to your buyer. I have seen it happen many time. However, most deals that have been looked at on Craigslist and are still available, may not have the spread to do a "double assignment".
