Newbie to BP ...hitting the ground running
Hey guys! I'm new to BP as from learning about it after reading "Finding and Funding Great Deals". I'm new to investing in real estate but excited about the possibilities. I currently have a flip under contract and I'm going to look at a Owner finance property today that has a ton of earning potential, so I'm pretty stoked! I hope to network with others here and learn from you all!
