I am new to the idea that I am going to put a piece of my investment pie into real estate. I am not sure what that looks like at this point. Probably a multifamily property, but would love your thoughts on:
Buying a parking lot and installing solar panels as a roof over the lot to sell the electricity
Buying a tiny home park
Buying trailer parks
