Greetings All! I've been watching Investors make money while I work to find them more properties to invest in. I'm a licensed Realtor in DC and have been selling in the DMV (DC, MD, VA) since 2001. I attended Dave Lindahl's Multifamily seminar last week and while I refused to buy his system, it got the fires burning so I'm ready to get my own projects going!
