Any advice for newbie wholesalers? Building buyers list, networking, do’s and don’t’s.

Getting a mentor is the shortcut to success. This is among the best advice I was starting out. Your homepage may display local investor events in Ohio or join the Ohio REIA. It's easier to connect with a good mentor by offering to take them out for coffee. Eventually, they may be willing to take you on as an apprentice.

As a general rule of thumb, steer clear from educational gurus charging to “train” you. A vast majority of people that know what they are doing in this field generally do not  hire themselves out since they are too busy actually investing and finding deals.
