MFH - Excel Cash Flow Analysis - Need Input
Hi, I have uploaded a simple MFH cash flow model and I would appreciate input. The analysis is for a 20 unit MFH for $2.5M. Taking a loan for $2.2M
The model is not complete and I need input on the pro-forma tab where I calculate from Revenue to Income. Please look at Column D for the month of January. Rest of columns from E-AT are incomplete. Specifically, I want to ensure I am being comprehensive of all sources of revenue and expenses. Secondly, I am in the ball-park of expenses.
