Hey everyone. I have been looking in to the wholesaling business for a long time. I came across this site to day and have been on it all day. I have found a lot of helpful things on here. I am just not sure what paperwork to use for wholesaling..... Any words of advice?

@Ja'Toya McKee start calling title companies in your area and ask if they know how to do a double close, or if they have worked with wholesalers in the past.
