Where to find market rates for commercial rental?
My husband & I are looking at investing in a building in Portland OR that is zoned for mixed use, CM2. We would be using part of the building ourselves and renting out the rest. Of course we need to get an idea how much we could collect in rent. We would be looking to rent the space as work/live or an office or creative space of some kind. Where is a good place to get reliable information? Thank you
