We have done a lot of flips as the contractor and still going strong....but how do we get to the next level as the investor and the contractor? All of the parts are in place as the contractor, but what's next?
Have you reach out to any of the investors you have flipped for? I'm sure most of them would be on board to partner up!!!
@Jason Dirks your own development? Multi-fam or mixed use. Seems like you already have the network of individuals/capital/deals/etc. what do you have in mind for yourself?
We are a General Contracting company in San Diego that has done the majority of our work with one company over the last 7 years. We would love to expand our company to more investors and also try to do a couple single family homes as the investor. In a nut shell we would like to expand in every possible direction.

start talking to some realtors who work with investors. See if you can work with them and trade contractor work for equity in the deal...or as part
