I’m 19 years old , I’m looking to be a real estate agent soon and hopefully create more passive income. I was wondering what’s the best option for me to get my license.

I think pretty much everyone goes to Key Realty. I did their online pre-licensing course - half the price and I could do it on my time and at my pace. I started the course March 1, 2016 and passed the tests on March 13, 2016. Instead of having to spend several weeks in class. I ate, slept, and breathed that course for 12 days before testing. Lol
