Hello everybody. I’m
So happy to finally connect with this network. I have been watching and listening to all the BP podcasts and have been reading everything I can get my hands on. I’m interested in learning more and hopefully making my first purchase this year. I’m in the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania and based on reasearch believe it to be a decent investment area. Lehigh valley is is commonly referred to as Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton. Those are the three major components anyway. There are then all the smaller towns and/or subdivisions.

We are a big fan of Lehigh Valley. One of those steady markets that falls under the radar in the real estate investing world, but can produce good returns. We host a free meetup in Allentown that has a bunch of awesome local investors who attend -- ping me if you need more info on it -- hopefully we can meet in person at some point.
