Hello All,

I'm fairly new to BiggerPockets. I've been following Brandon and David for the last year and have learning so much from their conversations and guests. The BiggerPockets podcast has been an amazing resource.

I purchased my last investment property in Memphis, September of 2018. I purchased a single family home 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom in Memphis for $40,000. I invested $12,000 into rehab. The home recently appraised for $95,000. I finished the rehab work in Jan 2019 and I’m currently renting a room out for $500 per month. I’m using the house as my home base and office space while in Memphis.

My goal is to develop and supply safe housing solutions and to create passive income and a consistent monthly cash flow. I will achieve this by purchasing below market properties, rahab properties and sell for profit or rent properties for income.
