I found a good deal in a growing and gentrifying neighborhood that comes with an additional two lots. The extra lots are empty, but have been cleared. So, I would need to pay some additional taxes and take care of lawn care. In general, are extra lots worth the additional costs?

@Chad Mitchell I think so as long as they are build-able, and as long as they are zoned for what you want to build on them! If they are not build-able, you essentially have a big yard with two tax pins. To me, that is not a great thing as an investor as I now have to cut the lawn on a larger piece of property that doesn't generate income.
