So I recently found out about tax deeds and they seem like an interesting way to get into real estate investing. I'm pretty new to all this so I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to share with me any resources or guides that go into detail about tax deeds.

Stick to your local area, learn what you really get, and the risks, with tax deeds in your area. Some fun reading will be your state statutes on tax deeds.

DO as much research as you can for free on tax deeds and now they work before you go diving in. Most states are different in their process and lots to know before purchasing. Remember, you make your most profits when you buy---be sure and buy right.
