A newbie, looking at 3 deals, in Kentucky.

What to do? I currently looking at 3 deal. Two single family homes and multifamily. The single family homes are not rented but the multifamily has tenants. It would be 10 doors in all. Am looking to buy and hold.

I did with my 3 duplexes and SFH, and also somewhat do it with my apartment investment group!
