My agent sent me this duplex which has a mini split AND baseboard vents in every room. So, is there central heating with baseboard? Can you have ductless baseboard? I don't get it. There is no info. on expenses so I'm guessing someone is flipping it? Not sure how to figure expenses except to use comps but that won't be accurate. Any input would be great. Thanks in advance.
