Baltimore yay or nay ?
Newbie here from NYC looking to acquire a multifamily within 3-4 hour drive from NYC in hopes of getting a good deal that will cash flow. I hear a lot about the Baltimore market but not sure if it is landlord friendly, if anyone is invested in the market or have any experience please share !!
