How many deals did you analyze before your first real deal?
I analyze deals daily in my the areas I want to invest in to understand the markets. I understand good deals are made now a days not found so much anymore. I’m running numbers and not seeing anything that I don’t have to tweak to get a good deal. At what point did you feel confident enough in your understating of the numbers and market to go out at buy your first deal?
