Hi @Bert Boex sure. Physical or digital?

@Anthony Lafaut I’m from Herzele. Between ghent and Brussels. We have a few properties in portefeuille that we rent out. Apartments, storage space,.... When you need tips or info feel free to contact me.

Has this meet-up ever happened? I am from Kraainem, close to Brussels, anyone interested in meeting up, digital or physical? Would love to discuss the Belgian market and also STR. The regulations seem vague to me. Also do not know how to go about private/hard money lending in Belgium. Any ideas? Thanks Mark

There is a saying in Belgium : “when it rains in Paris it drips in Brussels”. France is fully re-opening all restaurants and pubs on the 9th of June 2021. I predict that Belgium as usual will follow this date or a date close to it. So I would suggest a physical meeting in the 2e half of June 2021.

Hi! I'm very interested too. I need your investor's perspective because I've been discouraged by homeowners. I can share my experience with my 2 rentals in USA and remote management. I'm not sure what is the update on social gatherings in Flanders. But I should be back in Belgium by the end of May. So digital in May or physical/digital in June would be ideal for me. Thanks for bringing this topic back! Regards from upstate NY, Lourdes

Hey guys, I'm also interested in a meet up. I'm on my second project, first was a single unit buy, fix, hold & flip in Antwerp. Second is a 3 unit fix and flip in Limburg. If there are any plans to get together, count me in! Would love to pick your brains, hear your stories and share mine.

Hi someone here still interested in a Belgium Real Estate Investor Meet-up?

We have listed the townhouse in Gent and several showings are being scheduled. I don't think I'm supposed to advertise the property in this forum, so private message me if you would like a link to the listing. Dan

Hi! I'm very interested in this group. I own a couple of properties in Rochester, NY which is a great place for renting (5 universities). My husband got a job offer to work in Leuven. We should visit once the restrictions are lifted. Meanwhile I'm looking to buy a place to live and rent. I've been there 10 years ago but it seens there is a lot of new development. So I wonder how are rentals doing and what is a good location (Kessel-Lo, Heverlee, Leuven)? Is building a second floor too complicated? Any plans for future meetings? Thank you!
