www.meetup.com is typically the best place to find them. There's a huge one in Lancaster hosted by Jerry Horst and Michael Manthei, two highly experienced developers and syndicators. They get an incredible number of attendees. MC Laubscher of Cash Flow Ninja also hosts one in the Philly area.

I agree with @Taylor L. ....The meetup in Lancaster is called Elevate Investing Group and it is definitely worth your time!  They meet 2 Wednesday of the month. 

Thanks for the great advice Ms Musser I did join a few groups and am attending a few meetings this week thanks to meet-up.com
