I'm considering investing in properties with a few friends. We are in the process of discussing setting up the LLC. I'm wondering where I can find some reference material for the operating agreements and what's the best way to set it up. (Actual law firm or online service like legal zoom?)

@Chien Tai I like Nolo Press. They have a lot of self help legal books. I don't recommend you do it yourself but they will educate you so that you can better with with a legal or tax professional. I know they have at least a couple on LLCs
