I recently read the famous rich dad poor dad book and got hooked to the concept of real estate like the majority of people in these forums. I want to find a market where it make sense to buy and hold homes. I currently have about 50k and I want to invest. I currently live in the Bay Area and the all the houses here are too expensive. Does Anyone have an idea how i can find markets that will fit my budget or how you would find a market? Looking forward to everyone's feedback

@Bobby Ngo There are lots of markets available. What were you thinking? Follow some of the posts on here and you will see lots of people talking about deals that are $200K or less.
