I read a blog from BP that spoke about the gray area wholesaling can be if you are not a licensed realtor. Anyone know the correct procedure for non realtors? I’m in California if that makes a difference.

I was impulsive in my last post sorry here’s the skinny for California
There are no specific limitations currently existing in CA that limits realtors to what they can legally do. As far as realtors are concerned, say in California - they can wholesale properties as long as it undergoes legal procedures and proper documentation during the process

Depends on the state. Currently IL has passed legislation to outlaw it, but it's not to North Carolina yet.
