The only reason I've heard it gives you access to better deals is by giving you access to MLS.com. However, with sites https://www.attomdata.com/ and Zillow, is this actually an advantage? What makes MLS better than the two mentioned?
Also, what other ways will having a license give one access to better deals?

The biggest thing I know of is that you'll have access to deals much faster than the average investor without a license. You'll be able to view properties faster, be notified faster, and have a better idea than most with access to the entire database.
