How does having a Real Estate license get access to good deals?

The only reason I've heard it gives you access to better deals is by giving you access to MLS.com.
However, with sites https://www.attomdata.com/ and Zillow, is this actually an advantage? What makes MLS better than the two mentioned?

Also, what other ways will having a license give one access to better deals?
